• All wheels sent in for modifications MUST have in the box accompanying them the Weldcraftwheels.com modification form filled out and signed. Please download and fill out and then include in box with wheels. If you are drop shipping fraom another source... Please fax this form to your supplier to be included with your wheels. We cannot modify wheels without this form completed and signed.
• Prior to shipment PLEASE remove center caps, sensors, sensor bands, fancy valve stem covers. Weldcraft Wheels will not be responsible for these lost or damaged items.
• Please carefully package your wheels in boxes that are strong enough to take the punishment during transportation.
• Make sure the box is big enough to ship the wheels back in after they are widened.
• Please do not use the Styrofoam popcorn or peanuts, they wind up getting into everything here including the cooling fans of our welders.
• We use Fedex here and have found them to be cheaper.
• If your sending two wheels we found it to be a little cheaper to put both wheels in one box.
• It helps to email us and let us know when the wheels are coming, so we can fit them into our schedule.(James@Weldcraftwheels.com) Please include wheels in the subject line.
• When we complete the wheels we will call you and get your CC number for the payment.
• Please do not include the CC number on your information sheet.
• We will ship a copy of your receipt with your wheels.
• All packages will be shipped back to you with a required signature.
• Please insure your packages for replacement value when sending them here. We will insure them for replacement value when they are returned.
• When drop shipping PLEASE have supplier put your name and number on the box.
